SAN MARCO 2

Situated in a truly privileged position, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza San Marco, the Correr Museum, the majestic Palazzo Ducale and the prestigious Calle Larga XXII Marzo – dotted with high-fashion boutiques such as Tiffany, Missoni, Etro, Cavalli – San Marco 2 is ideal for those who want to experience the elegant and lively soul of Venice. A few steps away is also the famous Harry’s Bar and the Calle Vallaresso vaporetto landing, just 100 meters away.

This 68m2 apartment, recently renovated and with independent entrance, combines elegance with the craftsmanship of custom-made furnishings.

The apartment is composed of:

• Two double rooms with 190×200 beds, tastefully furnished and complete with every comfort;
• A living room with TV and comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing;
• A large, custom-made, fully-equipped kitchen-diner: dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster and everything you need to feel at home;
• Free Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, iron, TV, safe and mosquito nets on all windows.

 
Are you traveling in a group or with friends? On the same landing there is also the apartment San Marco 1 (57 square meters), with similar characteristics. By renting both, it is possible to accommodate up to 8 people, remaining close but with all the necessary privacy.

Included: bed linen and towels for the entire duration of the stay.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted inside the apartment.
 

CHECK-IN

• Our staff will be available to welcome you at the apartment by appointment, between 15:00 to 19:00, no later.
• Self check-in is NOT available.
• We will be happy, if possible and upon advance request, to allow you to leave your bags in the apartment before 3:00 pm, so you can start enjoying Venice as soon as possible.
• You can leave your luggage and collect the keys, but we inform you that the apartment will be fully available to you starting from 3:00 p.m. During this time, it will not be possible to use the bathroom, as the accommodation may still be being prepared.

 
Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a short-term rental contract for tourist purposes, according to Italian law 431 of 1998, regularly translated into all languages ​​and to provide a copy of your valid identity document.
 

SPECIAL LATE CHECK IN REQUESTS

Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 (and not later than that time) are only possible upon advance request at the time of booking and subject to our confirmation.

In case of acceptance, a supplement of €50 will be applied for late check-in.
 

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out is by 10:00.
• Luggage can be left in the shared stairwell if necessary.
• Important note: the building does not have a lift.

HEATING AND ITALIAN LEGISLATION

Heating is regulated by the Presidential Decree of 26 August 1993, n. 412.

For Venice (climate zone E), heating can be turned on from October 15 to April 15. The internal temperature can be adjusted between 18°C ​​and 22°C, with a maximum of 14 hours per day, according to the following permitted time slots:

• 6:00 am to 11:00 am
• 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• 6:00 pm to 12:00 am

 
If the radiators are cold outside these bands, it is to comply with current regulations. The boiler is however set to always maintain at least 18°C ​​inside.
 

EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL

• Final cleaning: €60
• Tourist tax: €4 per person per day (up to 5 days), according to municipal regulations
• Heating supplement (from 15 October to 10 April): €15 per day
• Security deposit refundable at check-out, after verification of the accommodation: €100 (up to 2 people), €150 (over 2 people)

AIR CONDITIONING

Available from April 15th to October 15th. It is not active outside this period.
 

KEYS

Guests will be given only one set of keys.
