CA' GIULIA

Welcome to Ca’ Giulia, a cozy Venetian apartment located just 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The location is truly strategic: in a few steps you can also reach the public vaporetto stops, with convenient connections to Piazzale Roma, the Train Station, the Lido, private taxis and the Alilaguna service to the airport.

The apartment is located on the top floor of an elegant eighteenth-century building and offers approximately 65 square meters of comfort and Venetian charm. The rooms have recently been carefully renovated to offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Inside you will find:

• A bright living room with a decorative fireplace (not working, as per municipal regulations)
• A kitchen-dining room equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge and hob;
• A private terrace perfect for dining al fresco on summer evenings or for enjoying a moment of relaxation;
• A double bedroom with king size bed;
• A comfortable anteroom with wardrobe and safe;
• A modern bathroom with a large and comfortable shower;
• A laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

 
The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, to guarantee maximum comfort in every season.

The view is breathtaking: from the windows of the living room and bedroom you can admire the domes of the Basilica of San Marco, the Bell Tower and the battlements of the Doge’s Palace. From the kitchen, instead, the view opens onto the splendid churches of Santi Giovanni e Paolo and San Zaccaria.

The apartments in Venice are all self catering: we will provide sheets and towels for the duration of your stay and a courtesy set. All goods for daily use must be purchased or brought by the guest.

To ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted inside the apartment.
 

CHECK-IN

• Our staff will be available to welcome you at the apartment by appointment, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
• Self check-in is not provided and keys are not left unattended.
• It is possible to leave your luggage before 3:00 pm, only upon advance request and by appointment, based on the arrival time communicated and our availability.

SPECIAL LATE CHECK IN REQUESTS

Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 (and not later than that time) are only possible upon advance request at the time of booking and subject to our confirmation.

In case of acceptance, a supplement of €50 will be applied for late check-in.
 

CHECK-OUT

• Check-out is by 10:00.
• Luggage can be left in the shared stairwell if necessary.
• Important note: the building does not have a lift.

HEATING AND ITALIAN LEGISLATION

Heating is regulated by the Presidential Decree of 26 August 1993, n. 412.

For Venice (climate zone E), heating can be turned on from October 15 to April 15. The internal temperature can be adjusted between 18°C ​​and 22°C, with a maximum of 14 hours per day, according to the following permitted time slots:

• 6:00 am to 11:00 am
• 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• 6:00 pm to 12:00 am

 
If the radiators are cold outside these bands, it is to comply with current regulations. The boiler is however set to always maintain at least 18°C ​​inside.
 

EXTRA COSTS TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL

• Final cleaning: €60
• Tourist tax: €4 per person per day (up to 5 days), according to municipal regulations
• Heating supplement (from 15 October to 10 April): €15 per day
• Security deposit refundable at check-out, after verification of the accommodation: €100

AIR CONDITIONING

Available from April 15th to October 15th. It is not active outside this period.
 

KEYS

Guests will be given only one set of keys.
