In the context of a small, quiet building, on the second floor without elevator, the apartment is composed of an entrance, a living room with dining area, a newly renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower, hairdryer provided, a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, large double bed, heating and air conditioning, mosquitos net  to all the windows and WIFI.
You can also find a deposit for suitcases on the downstairs level, in case customers want to leave their luggage, to be collected later.
The apartment is SELF-CATERING. We are providing linen, towels and a courtesy set. All goods for everyday use have to be bought or brought by the guest.

It is located in a super central location, just a few steps from Campo Santo Stefano and Palazzo Grassi, very close to the landing of the vaporetto of San Samuele and Sant’Angelo. If you want to get a private taxi, the landing point is also very close.
